My dog

"Mum can I go to the shop" I exclaimed after lunchtime last Sunday afternoon . She replied with a yes but she did say that I did have to take the dog for a walk first. So I got the dog ,then the lead and combined the two together and took the dog for a quick walk (It was a very quick one to). "Finally now I can go and get some sweets" I thought.

So I went up the road with fifty p for two tongue twisters the women at the desk seemed funny though I mean she seemed to study the fifty pence coin before putting it in the coin and giving me my change. When I got back from the shop at the top of the road I came up to my house. The gate was open and the dog wasn't in his bed in the kitchen or in the kitchen for as matter of fact and the doors were open to so I didn't know where he was at all.

"Bengji" I wailed "are you there". he wasn't but just to double check I went upstairs and looked in all the bedrooms and the shower room then I looked downstairs in the living room and in the spare bed room then in the toilet. He wasn't there. I felt like screaming and I did (inside my head because when I went upstairs I realised I couldn't tell my mum because she was asleep). After my scream I sat down and tried to think about where he could be..........I tried I really did but I couldn't think the only thing I could think of is that someone has came into the house and stolen my dog.

I finally realised that I was the only person that knew the dog was missing I had to tell someone but I couldn't mum wasn't very well she has a terrible headache and all the worry would probably make it 10 x worst.

Then dad suddenly jumped through the door after I explained to him he was............ well...........OK. He was furious however, he had a plan we should go and look in all the places that we walk him like: the garden ,the rodwell trail ect.We split up[ and looked there and loads of places, Honest we did. But no matter how hard we tried we couldn't find him he was a gonner.

the day was over and I thought probably so was the life of my dogs so I went to bed (well I locked myself in my room at first ), I cried at first, then I laughed because there was something liking my feet it felt fury and something was coming out the end of my bed it was grey. IT'S MY DOG HE'S BACK I screamed to the whole family.

I had found my dog , but more importantly he had found me!
