Subway Hell by Chris (Yr 7)
It was one brisk summers day the wind was moving the trees and it seemed to whisper. There had been tests on animals on a nearby island; the only way to get there is by seaplane or underground train. Their new test was to release chemicals into a Koala to genetically engineer to make it perfect! After they had injected the chemical and left it. The next day the Koala had gone and there was a huge hole in the wall. The scientists went outside and got squashed by the paw of the Koala and then eaten. Then it travelled through the subway and ended up in America, in the meantime a cargo train was on its way to the island. While the Koala was crawling through the tunnel it was hit by the train and the train was crushed against the wall. When the koala had climbed out of the subway it went to the nearest lake to have a drink then it returned to the subway and gave birth to 60-baby koalas. The next day the maintenance crew came down and saw the train, they checked the onboard camera they saw a giant koala and immediately called the swat team then they looked up and the ceiling caved in on them. When the swat team arrived they climbed over the debris and saw all the koalas and ran, as they got to the vent a koala grabbed one of the members of the SWAT team and ate him. The next day they had a council meeting and discussed the problem, then a retired train operator had an idea; they asked the water company if they could flood the subway and drive a train through the subway, they agreed. The next day they carried out the operation, as they flooded the subway the train operator got ready once they had filled it to the brim the train operator drove the train and hit the Koala, killing it, then they blew up the subway and killed all 59 babies and one escaped......................
