“THE PHARAOH’S EYE”   by Irene, Samuel and Jeannette

Two explorers went to Egypt to explore and study the mummies of the pharaohs. They went to an old pyramid. They took out the old scrolls with the hieroglyphics. The hieroglyphics told them about the “PHARO’S EYE”, it was a big and beautiful diamond.

One of the explorers, called John, was very miserly and the other, called Sam was interested in the history of the pyramids, mummies, hieroglyphics …

They were exploring a tomb, when a mummy came out of her

sarcophagus. Sam began to run towards the diamond chamber. John took out his sword to attack the mummy, but the sword broke. He ran too, but he fell into a trap because he didn’t know the pyramid too well. The mummy saw that Sam was taking information about the diamond, an so he negotiated with Sam: Sam would protect the diamond and the mummy would give him money and information . Sam became very, very famous and the diamond didn’t cause any more trouble.
